We are looking to add a bilingual yard customer service representative to our hard working, dynamic team. We are looking to fill the position with hard working, customer service-oriented representative who has a strong will to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as a cohesive unit for the betterment of the team. The main duties will be helping customers load & unload machines, help drivers load & unload their trucks, maintain a tidy yard, take note of customers returns, assist them with any questions they may have, take note of any issues/damages they mention associated to their rental units.

What we are looking for:

-Hard working, punctual and customer service-oriented employees (bilingualism is a requirement)

-An attitude that will help promote the family-oriented service that we have proudly been offering since 1989

-Efficiently and politely assist customers with their needs in association with the equipment they are returning while maintaining order in our yard.

-Work well as a team member as well as individually

-Be self-sufficient, independent and have good time management

-Have a flexible availability

Requirements:

-Must be customer service oriented

-Must be able to work in a fast paced, at times high pressure work environment

-Must have efficient strategies to politely serve customers in a timely manner while keeping the yard organized and clear for people to pass through

-Must be 16 or over and a resident of Canada

-Must be fully bilingual (English and French)

-Hours will be between 40-50 hours per week

-Benefits will apply after a 3-month probationary period.

Salary: starting salary will be between $18 a 24 per hour.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un représentant ou une représentante bilingue pour gérer ainsi qu’offrir un service à la clientèle dans la cour pour se joindre à notre équipe en place. Nous cherchons à combler ce poste avec quelqu’un d’orienté(e) au service à la clientèle, qui est prêt(e) à fièrement représenter la compagnie face aux clients. Les taches principales seront d’aider aux clients a monter et descendre leurs machines de leurs véhicules, aider à nos conducteurs a chainer et déchainer leurs machines, maintenir une propreté dans la cours, prendre note des retours des clients, ainsi que noter les dommages et problèmes qu’ils vous mentionnent, et répondre a leurs questions.

Description de tâches :

-A la recherche de candidat expérimenté ayant développé une éthique de travail orienté vers la ponctualité, la détermination et le service à la clientèle (bilinguisme essentiel)

-Une attitude positive qui cadre avec notre entreprise familiale qui offre un service de proximité depuis 1989.

-Expérience dans le diagnostic, la résolution de problèmes mécaniques et le service de maintenance de machine à gaz, diesel et électrique.

- Travail nécessitant une bonne gestion du temps et de priorisations des tâches.

-Disponibilité flexible

Expériences :

-Doit être fortement orienté en service à la clientèle

-Dois être capable de travailler dans un environnement ou le rythme de productivité est élevé.

-Doit être âgé de plus de 16 ans et être résidant Canadien.

-Bilinguisme (Anglais et Français)

-40-50 heures par semaine
