Thank you for your interest in joining Pillars-Stryder Transport! We are currently seeking a reliable, full time Billing Associate for our Transport division at our Canadian head offices in Richmond, BC.
The role of the Billing clerk/Receptionist is to manage the billing and invoicing functions effectively. Utilizing the company TMS, ensuring records are up to date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process billing invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and maintain billing records in our TMS, TruckMate and managing customers portal requirements.
- Assist in auditing billing records for accuracy.
- Communicate internally regarding billing inquiries and issues.
- Support the service team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in billing or reception, in the transportation industry.
· Excellent computer skills, and experience with TruckMate is an asset.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Able to excel in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace
