BloorMill Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, full-service companion animal hospital proudly serving Etobicoke, Toronto and Mississauga since 1991.

We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and dependable Client Care Representative to join our team. This is an important front-of-hospital role for someone who understands that exceptional veterinary care begins with the client experience.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with clients, highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. You should be someone who remains calm when things get busy, uses good judgment and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Care Representative, you will be an integral part of the hospital team and one of the first and last people our clients interact with.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly and professionally welcoming clients and their pets
- Managing incoming calls, emails and client inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating appointment reminders through phone, email and PetDesk
- Managing client check-in and check-out efficiently
- Processing payments and assisting with general front-desk transactions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client and patient information
- Communicating messages between clients, veterinarians, RVTs and other hospital team members
- Supporting clients with prescription,



food and general service inquiries
- Managing online store orders and other front-desk administrative responsibilities
- Providing compassionate support to pet owners, including during sensitive or emotional situations
- Helping maintain an organized, professional and welcoming reception environment
- Supporting the overall flow of the hospital and working collaboratively with the veterinary team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, maturity, reliability and excellent judgment to the role.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Previous veterinary reception/CSR experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service experience in a professional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A warm, confident and professional approach with clients
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Confidence handling difficult conversations and emotionally sensitive situations
- Robust computer skills and comfort learning veterinary software and online platforms
- The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Dependability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- A genuine love of animals and commitment to exceptional client service
