Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support for high-risk behaviors
- Oversee chronic disease management and treatment
- Collaborate with community health partners for referrals
- Engage citizens in health education and activities
- Address barriers to accessing health services
Requirements:
- Three years as a Registered Nurse
- Two years as an advanced RN (NP)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
