Key Responsibilities:

- Manage EMI testing projects with a focus on quality outputs
- Execute EMI testing at company and external facilities
- Produce qualification test reports for stakeholders
- Develop EMI-centered test plans for recent product launches
- Guide engineers in EMI/EMC performance evaluation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of MIL-STD and RTCA standards
- Programming skills in Matlab or Python preferred
- Experience with electro-optical and motion control systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
