Midland Transport is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to enhance the skills of current drivers entering our diverse operations. You will play a critical role in road evaluations, coordinating drug testing, and conducting onboarding programs to ensure driver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct road tests for Class 1, 3, and 5 driver candidates
- Evaluate competency in safety compliance and vehicle handling

Requirements:

- 5+ years as a professional driver, Class 1 preferred
