Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee PSW personal care services daily
• Lead the hiring and orientation process for current PSWs
• Monitor care quality via audits and leadership rounds




• Distribute nursing supplies and monitor equipment needs
• Provide mentorship and education to staff for improved practices
Requirements:
• Graduate of a PSW Certificate/Diploma Program
• Experience as a PSW in Long Term Care
• Knowledge of administering bedside care techniques
• Strong computer and typing skills across relevant programs
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
