In this full time role, as a member of the Patrol Leadership Team, you will supervise daily operations focused on guest safety and effective on-hill response. Your leadership will guide team development through coaching and timely feedback. You'll play a key role in monitoring conditions and handling incident investigations to create a safe guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Patrol Services team for safety compliance
• Assess trail conditions and make critical decisions
• Mentor and train mountain safety team members
• Document incidents accurately for management
• Work collaboratively with other departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years with valid G license
• First Responder certification or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and patrolling
• Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability
• Fitness to work outdoors in demanding conditions
