Engage in impactful fundraising as a Philanthropy Associate with CNIB in Toronto. This role emphasizes grant writing, donor stewardship, and events management to further philanthropic initiatives.
As a Philanthropy Associate, you will collaborate with diverse team members to support CNIB's fundraising efforts. This position requires organizing donor information, improving funding proposals, and managing the logistics for various events. Your contributions will directly influence the organization's revenue and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain donor database for accurate information tracking
• Support solicitation efforts and annual revenue goals
• Develop high-quality content for funding proposals




• Ensure excellent donor stewardship practices
• Coordinate events and special projects as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in fundraising or a related field
• Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• BA in marketing, business, or similar discipline
