As a vital part of Dexterra Group, you will support the Toronto Building Controls division by generating estimates for various mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities: • Create estimates for BAS/HVAC for construction and upgrades • Coordinate small mechanical projects to foster growth • Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and contractual documents • Assist in preparing meetings and proposals • Participate in sales workshops and initiatives

Requirements: • At least 6 months of estimating experience in BAS • Bilingual (French and English) preferred • Solid organizational and time management skills • Must possess a valid Driver’s License • Full-time office presence required
