Be part of the Community Living BC team as an Administrative Contracts Clerk in Port Moody. This contracts-focused role offers remote work opportunities and significant responsibilities in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Community Living British Columbia seeks an organized and proactive Contracts Clerk. You will be integral in preparing contracts and providing office support while positively interacting with families. This temporary assignment fosters a collaborative workplace where your attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and oversee CLBC-supported service contracts
• Greet families and direct them to the necessary resources
• Maintain status logs and ensure accuracy in filings




• Assist in word processing and document management
• Liaise with service providers to gather essential information
Requirements:
• Completion of grade twelve or equivalent education
• Minimum three years of clerical or administrative experience
• Robust MS Word and MS Excel proficiency
• Typing speed of 50 WPM required
• Experience in managing contracts is preferable
