As a key member of our team, the Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering superior member service in a permanent part-time capacity. You will perform transactional banking services, promote products, and resolve inquiries to help our members effectively manage their finances. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying solutions and generating referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide responsive member service to build trust
• Process various cash and non-cash transactions
• Promote Servus products and capture sales referrals
• Resolve account issues and refer complex questions
• Educate members on digital banking services
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or administration
• Sales experience is a plus
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good financial literacy and problem-solving aptitude
