Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Job ResponsibilitiesPOSITION OVERVIEW: Serves as a key resource in developing and supporting global marketing and sales strategies for current and future business opportunities for the product line. Develops strategic plans and moderate to long‑term goals in support of business objectives. Global role, all MML products within the Product Group.Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000ResponsibilitiesInterfaces with internal contacts (i.E. Product Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales.) across all regions in support of new business development projects. Gathers information and facilitates team meetings. Monitors, reviews and critiques progress of projects, etc. Coordinates product development work with customer’s groups such as Design, Engineering, Product Planning Group, Product Line Management, and other areasUnderstand Global Customer & Market needs to define a robust Global strategyIdentify Engineering and Process gaps or needs globallyDefine a Global Foot Print strategy based on Customer, Technology Complexity and Competitive Upholds the principles of the Magna Employee’s Charter, Magna’s Operational Principles, Magna’s Environmental Health and Safety Policy & Procedures, MML Quality Policy, Program Execution Process and Business Protocols. Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances.Additional duties and responsibilities as assignedDevelop, implement and maintain the global strategy and coordination of global quotations for defined commoditiesWork with cross‑functional organization to establish and facilitate maintenance of competitor assessments (both business and technical)



and to take appropriate actions to penetrate into these market segmentsWork with cross‑functional organization to assess and identify market trends and their impact on the defined strategyDefine the Statement of Work to support the product and platform strategies and obtain organizational buy‑inInvolvement in global, and sometimes regional, customer negotiations, including recommendation for pricing strategiesPrioritize issues and make decisions within the guidelines of the defined business processesOversee the management of project and product budgets, schedules, scope and issues including financial management and risk managementMonitor and report on global projects, providing status and performance against specified metrics to the Senior Leadership TeamFINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITYBudget responsibilityMust understand and comply the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances.Involvement in financial matters is on a level of providing data only and/or making recommendations.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITYNo direct supervision of incumbents and/or work units/departments.Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Magna’s policies and applicable laws.HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITYEnsure all safety and non-safety rules and regulations are followedEnsure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standardsReview and adhere to MML’s health and safety, environmental, and quality standards, operating procedures, and policiesRespond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non‑compliance issuesUnderstand and uphold the policies that prohibit workplace violence and harassmentIn addition to the above, the duties include those specified under the Occupational Health & Safety ActQualificationsEducationCompleted Business Management or Engineering studies (Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field)Knowledge, Skills,
