You will report directly to the VP of Eastern Canada while investigating property claims. This role requires a strong grasp of policy wordings, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is needed for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess damages and create detailed scopes for repair
• Review and analyze professional reports relevant to claims
• Communicate findings in a detailed report format
• Authorize or deny claims based on detailed investigation
• Process claims according to statutory requirements
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in adjusting
• Licensed as Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2
• Pursuing or completed CIP Designation
• Solid problem-solving and mathematical skills
• Competent in claims management systems
