This full-time role reports to the Associate Director of Commercial Funding. You'll contribute significantly by organizing documentation, reviewing key compliance documents, and preparing instructions for third-party lenders. The Fulfillment Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of funding operations and fostering relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:



• Set up initial paperless project files for loans • Validate documentation and review key compliance materials • Prepare instructions reflecting loan structure and requirements • Onboard new mortgage files into internal management systems • Track construction advances ensuring all conditions are met

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or commercial real estate • Proficiency in documentation review and organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines
