Our team culture is supportive, respectful, and focused on clinical excellence in home care settings.ResponsibilitiesPerform specialized wound care, dressing changes, and skin integrity assessmentsConduct initial client health assessments and ongoing care plan evaluationsPrepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specific to medicationsPerform all clinical skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with provincial scope of practiceMaintain accurate, detailed,
