In this full-time position, you will report to the Manager of Supportive Housing Services. Your role focuses on assisting clients in their transition to long-term housing and maintaining stability. Key skills required include crisis intervention, advocacy, and solid organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Support clients with housing transition plans • Conduct home visits and connect clients to resources • Advocate with landlords and service providers • Organize community-building activities and events • Maintain documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in social services or equivalent • Experience with homelessness or housing challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of homelessness issues in Toronto • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
