- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, sauces, side dishes and homemade recipes for the ready-to-eat counter.
- Follow established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients, including cutting vegetables,



preparing sauces, seasonings and garnishes.
- Cook meats, fish, vegetables and other food preparations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of house-made products.
- Check the quality, freshness and proper rotation of ingredients.
- Monitor food inventory and report replenishment needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work setting.
- Follow food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients and raw materials.
- Perform any other related duties.
