Key Responsibilities: • Supervise TMC operational functions continuously • Lead strategies to alleviate congestion across routes • Engage with stakeholders for coordinated responses • Conduct post-incident reviews for process enhancements • Develop reports on TMC activities and KPIs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree + 6 years experience in relevant fields • 8 years experience with a relevant diploma • Strong team management capabilities in stressful environments • Familiar with traffic management tools and technologies • Incident management training preferred
