Position OverviewThis hybrid role in Toronto requires the financial planning and analysis lead to oversee consulting services and analytics for the Toronto Financial services sector. The role involves strategic leadership, financial oversight, team management, and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consulting services and analytics to executive management.Monitor, advise, and implement operational and financial changes based on macro‑economic trends.Produce financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives, stakeholders, and the board.Lead the annual budgeting process, including collecting department data and developing long‑range financial plans.Generate monthly financial forecasts and presentations comparing actual performance to budget.Develop models for scenario planning and business decisions.Recommend strategies to address variances and adapt to changing business environments.Lead and mentor a team responsible for monthly business performance reporting, billing, accounts receivable, work‑in‑progress tracking, and contract management.Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.Oversee workload allocation, quality control,
