As a Payroll and Scheduling Coordinator, you will facilitate workforce scheduling, payroll support, and attendance management for designated hospital units. Your responsibility includes developing detailed schedules and ensuring staffing needs are met. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records while addressing any scheduling concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and post workforce schedules compliant with agreements • Maintain accuracy in employee timekeeping and payroll • Liaise with management for staffing updates and changes • Track attendance and leave requests effectively • Assist in optimizing payroll and scheduling processes
Requirements: • 3-5 years of related administrative experience • Experience with UKG or similar systems • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications • Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities • Proven capability to handle sensitive information professionally
