Caivan is seeking a knowledgeable HR Generalist to provide full-spectrum HR support from onboarding to immigration compliance. You will work with the HR Manager to ensure consistent, compliant employee experiences across the lifecycle.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, a background in Ontario employment standards, and proficiency with HRIS/ADP. This is a full time, in-office role based in Ottawa with opportunities to contribute to policy and reporting initiatives.
