In this newly established position, you will report to the Vice President of Finance. Your role encompasses the review of quarterly financial statements, managing fund operations, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements. You will also provide oversight on fund valuations and guide your team through complex accounting challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review quarter-end financial reports under US GAAP/IFRS
• Manage interactions with service providers for efficiency
• Oversee internal and external audit requests




• Conduct analysis of fund investment valuations quarterly
• Lead capital calls and investor distributions management
Requirements:
• Qualified accounting designation (CPA/CA) required
• Seven years of finance or accounting experience
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems, including Excel
