Why ChooseOlymel?CareerGrowth and Job Security: Enjoy a stable job withopportunities foradvancement.CompanyCulture: Be part of a close-knit, collaborative teamwhere every contribution isvalued.Benefits: Take advantage of competitive benefits and attractivecompensation.KeyResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot,maintain, repair, and install industrial electrical systems andequipment.Diagnose electrical, electronic, andcontrol-system failures on production and packagingequipment.Maintain and repair motors, motorcontrols, variable-frequency drives, sensors, switches, relays,contactors, control panels, and distributionsystems.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipmentand automated production systems.Performpreventive and corrective maintenance according to establishedschedules.Respond promptly to productionbreakdowns and minimize equipmentdowntime.Inspect electrical components andsystems to identify hazards, wear, or potentialfailures.Install and modify wiring, conduit,panels, lighting, and electricalequipment.Read and interpret electricaldrawings, schematics, ladder diagrams, blueprints, and equipmentmanuals.Support equipment installations, plantrenovations, shutdowns, and continuous-improvementprojects.Assist with identifying opportunitiesto improve equipment reliability, safety, andefficiency.Complete work orders and accuratelydocument inspections, repairs, parts,



and maintenanceactivities.Coordinate maintenance activitieswith production, sanitation, contractors, and other skilledtrades.Follow all electrical codes, GMP,HACCP, food-safety, sanitation, lockout/tagout, and company safetyprocedures.Maintain tools, testing equipment,parts, and work areas in a safe and organizedcondition.Participate in overtime or emergencycall-outs when required.Perform otherelectrical and maintenance duties within the scope of theposition.QualificationsValidJourneyperson Industrial Electrician certification; Red Sealendorsement is strongly preferred.Previouselectrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturingenvironment is required.Experience in foodprocessing, meat production, packaging, or a similar industry is anasset.Experience troubleshooting PLCs,automated controls, instrumentation, and variable-frequency drivesis preferred.Knowledge of motors, controlcircuits, electrical distribution systems, and industrialautomation.Experience working with industrialvoltages, including 600-volt systems, is anasset.Ability to read and interpret electricaldrawings, schematics, ladder diagrams, and technicalmanuals.Strong troubleshooting,
