Your responsibilities will include utilizing nursing processes for assessment, risk management, and care planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized nursing care guided by qualified standards
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide supportive counseling




• Participate in case management and community coordination
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and risks
• Foster Indigenous cultural safety in all interactions
Requirements:
• Licensed as RN or RPN with BCCNM
• Two years experience in mental health nursing
• Understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed care
• Effective communication skills in diverse settings
• Skills in clinical documentation and digital systems
