Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as stairwells
• Handle minor maintenance repairs efficiently
• Prepare units for recent residents’ arrival




• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Manage leasing inquiries and on-call support as required
Requirements:
• Proven customer service skills required
• Similar property management experience is beneficial
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Knowledge of cleaning material safety protocols
• Basic computer skills and effective communication
