As part of Miller's winter maintenance team, you’ll safely operate a combo plow unit, performing essential snow removal tasks. This role requires familiarity with route maps and snow control, alongside accurate documentation practices. Respond to call-ins promptly and carry out routine equipment maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow plow units safely on local roads
• Perform snow removal tasks per contract requirements
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring readiness
• Document fuel, safety, and hours of service accurately
• Understand and apply sand/salt rates appropriately
Requirements:
• DZ or AZ license with a clean driving record
• Availability for call-ins within thirty minutes
• Ability to operate a loader and perform maintenance duties
• Willingness to work in extreme winter conditions
• Previous winter works experience preferred
