This full-time position, based in New Brunswick, requires a dynamic leader with 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations, facilities, or recreation management. As an Operations Manager, you will supervise teams, implement asset management strategies, and enforce health and safety compliance. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help promote a team-oriented culture and improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coaching for two direct reports
• Oversee maintenance of parks, trails, and recreation facilities




• Coordinate service delivery across operational divisions
• Develop and implement operational policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation or Business Administration
• 5-7 years in operations management
• Supervisory experience in a unionized setting
• Valid New Brunswick driver’s license
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification
