Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Leasing Consultant (2 Month Contract) in the Real Estate Industry in Newmarket, Ontario.

The Leasing Consultant serves as a vital link between property owners and tenants, facilitating the rental process and ensuring a smooth and successful leasing experience. This is a 2 month contract.

Total rewards: $28.00 - $30.00 hourly

Full Time Contract Position - 2 months

Work Model: Fully on site

Tuesday - Saturday

Hours: Tuesday through Friday 11am - 7pm and Saturday 10am - 6pm

Hours per week: 37.5

4% vacation pay added to every pay

Weekly pay, every Friday!

How you will make an impact

- Handles inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously
- Enhances the customer experience by following up with prospects, encouraging and conducting appointments or viewings
- Welcomes recent residents and provides orientation
- Maintains detailed knowledge of suite inventory and qualifies prospective residents based on their requirements
- Monitors cleanliness and standards of common areas and suites,



reporting any deficiencies or problems in the building or property
- Recommends continuous improvement ideas, reviews advertisements for quality and accuracy, actively promotes referral programs and conducts market surveys
- Analyzes weekly traffic trends and lease performance
- Negotiates leases for optimum value

The successful candidate brings

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, or marketing
- High school diploma required, College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonalrelationship skills
- Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative,agility, creativity and flexibility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Proficiency in Yardi is an asset but training is provided
- Ability to fulfil the entirety of the 2 month contract
