We are hiring HVAC Technicians and Apprentices at all levels, from 1st through 4th year, to join our team serving the Montreal area.Responsibilities:- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections- Follow all applicable safety standards and building codes- Apprentices will work alongside licensed technicians to gain hands-on experience and progress through their trainingRequirements:- Currently enrolled in or having completed an HVAC apprenticeship program (1st to 4th year welcome) or licensed HVAC technician- Valid driver's license- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions and physical environments- Valuable communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeWe offer on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced technicians, and opportunities to grow within the company.
