The Coordinator maintains ongoing awareness and involvement in unit workflow, supporting bed management, discharge planning, patient/family advocacy, supply and equipment needs, and staff scheduling.QualificationsExperience:Three (3)



years charge nurse experience; Five years recentacuteor community nursing experience; Three (3) years experience in the specific clinical area.Education:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
