As a Family Visitation Worker at Brightisle, you will engage directly in supervised visitations for children in foster care, ensuring a safe atmosphere that promotes family connections. Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report on family visitation activities • Prepare detailed documentation for service evaluation • Conduct visits in a safe and monitored setting • Be flexible with scheduling to meet family needs • Provide support during visitations and emergency checks
Requirements: • Relevant experience in child and youth services • Current Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check • Certification in First Aid and medical verification • Ability to manage varying shift lengths and travel • Strong interpersonal and objective decision-making skills
