As a Loader/Tractor Driver, you will be part of our team committed to providing superior snow management services across the Greater Toronto Area. You should be equipped with the ability to operate various snow removal equipment and be ready to engage with clients and colleagues professionally. Responsibilities include timely response to snow events and ensuring equipment safety and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly respond to calls for snow and ice events
• Perform pre-shift inspections on machinery
• Clear snow from clients' designated sites efficiently




• Hand shovel and apply de-icing materials as needed
• Complete electronic reporting after each shift
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Capability to operate snowplows and loaders
• Excellent attention to detail and safety practices
• Willingness to work outdoors under various conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
