MicroAge Swift Current is currently recruiting a Sales & Admin Associate. This individual will work in the areas of the administration side of this multi-faceted business and be able to assist with the sales functions. We are looking for an individual who has great customer service skills, some office skills with accounting tasks experience and a passion for technology. We need an enthusiastic individual who loves working with people, has transparent and effective verbal communication skills and has developed great organizational skills.

Education:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

Basic knowledge of:

- Computer hardware
- Computer accessories and supplies
- Basic accounting work for point of sale

Essential Skills :

- Microsoft Office softwares
- Continuous learning
- Computer use




- Finding information
- Attention to detail
- Job task planning and organizing
- Working with others
- Oral communication

Specific Skills :

- Inventory work including some sourcing, ordering and inputting into our Point of Sale system
- Answer the phone along with other team members and directing to get customers requests handled
- Work with in-store customer request for information and pricing
- Other minor accounting duties including daily cash up and bank deposits

Hours of work are in line with our store hours of Monday to Friday for 8 hours per day. MicroAge Swift Current offers its employees a Benefit Package including health coverage.
