This casual, on-call role supports before and after school programs at various YMCA locations in Prince George. You will work collaboratively with other passionate staff to create an inclusive environment where all children thrive. Utilizing your skills, you'll facilitate engaging activities and support individual children's needs, ensuring safety and positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate programs for children 5-12
• Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities promoting learning
• Mentor recent staff and volunteers in collaborative settings




• Build relationships with children and families for exceptional service
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age with child experience
• Confident in planning inclusive activities
• Strong relationship-building skills with communities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification required
