In this term position, the successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to develop and assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure students receive necessary support tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor student IEPs all year • Complete student assessments and track progress • Foster collaboration with teachers, support staff,



and parents • Attend Skilled Learning Communities meetings regularly • Conduct behavior management to support classroom focus

Requirements: • Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent • British Columbia Teaching Certificate required • Experience with special needs and First Nation communities preferred • Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate necessary • Previous teaching experience advantageous
