Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to established procedures
• Assist in creating and assessing patient care plans
• Document nursing interventions and patient statuses
• Serve as an advocate for patients/residents
• Support orientation for new staff and participate in care conferences
Requirements:
• Current LPN license in British Columbia
• Experience in nursing preferred
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, days and nights
• Cooperative and strong communication skills
