You’ll help ensure they have a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities: Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism; Answer phone callsand direct them to the appropriate departments; Take and relay messages; Greet customers who visit the dealership and direct them according to their needs; Perform certain administrative and support tasks; Ensure the smooth flow of information between departments; Keep the receptionarea clean, organized,
