In this full time position, you will report to the Vice-President, Finance and Administration and act as a strategic advisor for senior leadership. Collaborate with various stakeholders to support planning and operational effectiveness. Develop data systems and analytics platforms that align with institutional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise senior leadership on strategic objectives
• Facilitate academic program development and enrolment planning
• Manage institutional research and reporting functions




• Strengthen data governance for effective decision-making
• Cultivate a culture of data literacy among staff
Requirements:
• Master’s degree with qualitative and quantitative focus
• 7+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of strategic planning in education
• Experience in policy planning and analytics
