The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Seasonal Brand Support Assistant to join our team through our busiest season. This role will support our team across sales, events, e-commerce operations, and day-to-day studio needs, making it a great opportunity for a fashion student or someone looking to gain experience within a growing fashion brand.

As part of a small team, you'll jump in wherever needed, from packing orders and supporting Vancouver Fashion Week to helping bring our pop-ups and seasonal events to life.

Please note this role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during events and peak seasonal periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Support warehouse sales, pop-ups, and seasonal events.




- Assist with Vancouver Fashion Week preparation and event support.
- Pack and prepare e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support in-person sales and customer interactions during events.
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming studio and showroom.
- Assist with inventory organization and general operational tasks.
- Provide day-to-day support across the team as needed.
- Assist with social media support.
