Key Responsibilities:
• Bring early childhood education to life through emergent curriculum • Collaborate with educators to implement innovative teaching strategies • Develop respectful connections with families and partners • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment • Keep current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education • Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators • At least 2 years in early childhood education • Familiarity with Indigenous histories and languages • Dedication to inclusive practices and community engagement
