This position will gain exposure to a diverse range of HR functions such as recruitment, training, health and safety, and orientation. The role will also support recruitment for the summer program and assist the HR team with various projects assigned. The assistant will develop service orientation through communication with potential candidates during the recruitment process, answering employee inquiries, filing, and assisting with new employee orientation.QualificationsEnrolled and actively pursuing a Human Resource Management degree or diplomaPossess excellent analytical,
