- Working Hours: 35-40 hours a week.
- Wage: $20.45 ~ $21.00 per hour
- Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Establish work schedules.

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school.
- 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required.
