• Process sales using POS and SAP systems
• Address and resolve customer issues swiftly
• Assist with opening and closing store duties
• Support asset protection policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in sales or service setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products beneficial
• Ability to use sound judgment in problem-solving
