Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Vice President, Finance will lead the accounting function across multiple Canadian and United States (US) entities. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for financial reporting, consolidation, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance,



and process improvement. The successful candidate will bring both technical accounting expertise and strong business acumen, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights for senior leadership. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the accounting function across multiple legal entities and currencies, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial information. Manage and mentor accounting professionals across general accounting, reconciliations, and other core finance functions. Oversee monthly and year-end financial close processes, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidation. Review financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), validate financial information, and provide analysis to support business decisions.
