Foothills County seeks an experienced HR skilled to join its team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this permanent position, you'll report to the Director of Corporate Services, providing strategic guidance across the employee lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience and a CPHR designation to ensure effective support for County leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide employee relations and recruitment processes
• Implement training and performance management initiatives
• Develop and execute HR policies and programs
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet operational needs
• Manage disability and compensation administration
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• CPHR designation or equivalent is mandatory
• Five years of senior-level HR experience
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license required
