As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting diverse client needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, coachability, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Call Center AgentLocation: Winnipeg, MBPay Range: : $17.50 – $20/hrShift: Must be available all 7 days of the week (Sun - Sat).Shifts vary by client and can range from daytime (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to overnight (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM).What's the Job?Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesyAssist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support issuesMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactionsCollaborate with team members to improve service qualityAdapt to various client needs and shift schedules, including daytime and overnight shiftsWhat's Needed?Minimum 6+ months of call center or customer service experience (1 year preferred)Typing skills of 25+ WPM required (30+ WPM preferred)Background in hospitality, financial, or call center environments is highly preferredAbility to work all 7 days of the week, with flexible schedulingStrong soft skills including empathy, coachability,
