In this full time position, you will take on the key role of Bilingual v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist, providing effective training and support in both English and French. You will help customers incorporate the software into daily operations, ensuring they gain confidence and engage with the product. This role emphasizes improving workflow consistency and driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer operation efficiency using PBS v10 Apex
• Deliver virtual training sessions to customers
• Guide clients through software deployment and adoption
• Maintain ongoing support post-training for success
• Document customer feedback and inform improvements
Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive dealerships
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
