Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections using CMMS • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors • Support emergency preparedness and seasonal operations

Requirements: • Technical diploma or relevant certification preferred • Minimum 3-5 years experience in building operations • Familiarity with Building Automation and CMMS • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills • Valid Class 5 driver's license
