Key Responsibilities: • Deliver emergency and urgent care services • Monitor clients with stabilized chronic illnesses • Develop community educational programs • Provide individual counselling for residents • Work with a multidisciplinary team to support transitions

Requirements: • Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum 2 years in gerontological nursing • 5 years in primary and acute care settings • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Meditech, Microsoft Word, and Excel
